As emerging technologies become increasingly proven and reliable, the cost of capital should decrease and senior debt should be more readily available, enhancing returns on investment. This transition from a riskier "new asset class" to more "main-stream" financeable projects can progress rapidly. We look to capitalize on this evolution by generating stable and attractive cash flows.

ACM seeks to deploy capital in opportunities that meet the following criteria:

• Smaller sized projects under $50 million that are easily scalable and replicable
• Alternative assets generating higher yielding returns
• A clear path for acceptance by the Capital Markets
